20 Hot Tips to Succeed as a Blogger – Tip 8: Believe in yourself!

A man can never be greater than his perception of himself, neither can the quality of his life be better than the quality of his thoughts because; as he thinks in his heart, so is he.

As you have seen, the tone of this part sound more motivational or inspirational, I had intended it to come as an earlier part of this post series but it’s like something just kept it back and I think I can understand what it was now.

In order not not to deviate too much, I’ll get back to the main tip I’ll be sharing with you in this part and I’ll like start to with an illustration of an encounter that happened between two notable American Military Leaders, which I discovered while reading; Public Speaking by Dale Carnegie, today.

As I read that conversation between those two US Admirals today, I realized immediately that it’s what I have been looking for to better drive home the point I want to make with this post.

What’s the connection?

Now, here is the connection; you have to believe in yourself and believe in your abilities to success as a blogger before you can actually experience the success, it really doesn’t matter how good you are, how well you can write or how creative you are, success does not answer to all these if you don’t first believe in yourself that you can succeed.

Believe that you will achieve the success you desire, be consumed in the believe, be obsessed in your believe and before you know you’ll naturally find yourself begin to do the necessary things that will definitely bring the success about.

Here also is my little secret, each time I come across a great blog that maybe got me Wowed, by the time I’m leaving the blog; either after having bookmarked or twitter it. I’ll take a generally overview of the blog and say to myself; hmm great blog indeed, nice layout and cool post but of course I can equal it or even surpass it if I so desire.

And trust me, my next destination from there is straight to my blog to give a thorough review and see what and what I can improve, most time I’ve always been amazed at the results I get from using this trick, you can also try it or maybe use this tips as a guide to also invent something to help you increase your beliefs in your abilities to succeed as a blogger.
